The Real Stars
Right from 1993, when I set up the first lab at Manipal University (Udupi, Karnataka), I had an opportunity to meet amazing people who brought in ideas, energy and tenacity to shape up the group with their unique contribution. These are the real stars who silently worked for long hours to sustain the momentum and deliver impactful outcomes. We have now reached a very interesting point in evolution where work is increasingly getting translational... Hope to stay on the log curve of innovation before the 'natural selection' sets in : -)
